We are at 503 Hackney Road, London E2 9ED. Five minutes from Cambridge Heath Overground, eight from Bethnal Green Underground. The building dates back to 1860 and still has the original brickwork, high ceilings and industrial proportions. We have added a skylit winter garden, hanging greenery, a covered courtyard terrace and a proper bar. During the Christmas season, the whole venue is dressed with seasonal styling, candlelight and a full-sized tree.
When you book a Christmas party here, you get the entire venue to yourselves. No shared spaces, no other groups, no background noise from someone else's event. That matters more than people think until they have experienced the alternative.

Christmas Party Packages
Two formats, both fully customisable. All pricing is ex-VAT. We take bookings for both November and December.
Festive Standing Reception: from £100 + VAT per person
Based on 75 guests with a 7pm arrival. Minimum spend £7,500.
This is the high-energy option. Guests arrive to welcome canapés, then substantial bowl food is served through the evening (proper dishes, not finger food). The bar runs for four hours of unlimited drinks. The venue is fully styled with Christmas décor and our sound system and lighting are included. It works well for office Christmas parties where you want people mingling, not stuck at a table.
Festive Seated Dinner: from £150 + VAT per person
Minimum 50 guests with a 5pm arrival. Custom pricing for different group sizes.
The more formal option, though still relaxed in feel. You get welcome canapés on arrival, a three-course Christmas dinner with wine for the table, then four hours of unlimited drinks from our bar. Full seasonal décor throughout. Works beautifully for companies that want a proper sit-down celebration to close out the year.
Both packages come with a dedicated on-the-day coordinator, all staffing, DJ equipment, dancefloor lighting and our transparent pricing spreadsheet. No service charge. No hidden costs.
The Venue
We seat 60 for dinner or hold 100 standing. The space includes a bar area, lounge, winter garden and covered outdoor terrace, so guests naturally move between zones rather than being stuck in one room all night. Music stops at 11pm and guests leave by 11.30pm. Seated events typically start at 3pm or 5pm. Standing receptions usually begin at 7pm. Earlier start times are possible if you need them.
We provide everything in-house: tables, chairs, all seasonal decorations, a Christmas tree, centrepieces, tableware, linens, and the full sound and lighting rig. You do not need to bring or hire anything. If you want to add a DJ, live music, branded cocktails or late-night snacks, we can arrange those as optional extras.
Festive Menus by Head Chef Marco Mannoni
All the food is made on site by our kitchen team under Head Chef Marco Mannoni. The Christmas menus change each year but are always built around seasonal British ingredients, and every course has a dedicated vegan option as standard.
To give you an idea: recent seated dinner menus have included ham hock terrine with clementine chutney, smoked mackerel with horseradish crème fraîche, traditional turkey with apricot stuffing and duck fat roast potatoes, canon of beef with fondant potato, hake with champagne beurre blanc, and Christmas pudding with brandy custard. There is always a vegan main (last year it was roasted butternut squash with vegan stuffing and all the trimmings).
Standing reception guests get bowl food, which is more substantial than you might expect. These are proper chef-crafted dishes served in bowls throughout the evening, not trays of cold canapés.
The bar serves premium wines, cocktails and festive drinks including spiced mulled wine and champagne. Unlimited drinks packages run from one to eight hours, and you can choose between standard, crémant and champagne tiers depending on your budget.
Christmas Party Pricing
Our pricing works in two parts: a venue hire fee, plus a minimum spend on food, drinks and extras. Everything you spend with us counts towards that minimum, including what your guests buy at the bar during the evening.
November: Hire fee is £1,500 across all days. Minimum spend ranges from £3,000 on midweek dates up to £5,500 on Saturdays.
December: Hire fees are £1,500 to £2,000 depending on the day. Minimum spend is £5,000 across all dates.

December Fridays and Saturdays go first, usually by late summer. If you are flexible on dates, November offers the same full festive experience with more availability and slightly lower minimum spends on midweek dates.
Do you host Christmas parties for small teams?
Seated dinners need a minimum of 50 guests. For smaller groups, the standing reception format is more flexible and can be adapted to your numbers. Get in touch and we will work out the right setup.
