2. TELL US ABOUT YOUR EVENT & BOOK A CALLEnquire Now
Fill out our enquiry form to let us know about your event.
At the end of the enquiry form you'll find a link to book a call with our events team.
3. VISIT THE VENUECheck Opening Times
When you speak with our events team on the initial call they'll book a time to meet you at the venue.
If you prefer, feel free to visit the venue any time we are open to the public in the daytime to have a look around. Please check our opening times before visiting.
4. CONTRACT & DEPOSIT
Once you're happy to book we'll send you our terms & conditions and an invoice to pay the deposit.
5. PLANNING QUESTIONNAIRE
We'll send you a collaborative document with lots of information about planning your event, along with questions you'll need to consider (and we'll need to know).
We'll also send you a link so you can book a meeting or call with our events team to get planning!
6. PLANNING MEETING(S)
Meet our events team at the venue to run through every little detail of the event. There will undoubtedly be points to revisit later, and we can schedule further calls or liase via email - whatever works for you.

PAY THE BALANCE
We offer a range of payment plans depending on the type of event you are hosting. In most cases the final balance is due 14 days prior to the event date.

With everything planned and taken care of by our events team, its time to kick back, relax and enjoy the day. Our team will work behind the scenes to make it an event to remember.
