Both packages are all-inclusive: exclusive hire of the whole venue, food, drinks, seasonal styling, and every member of staff. The price you see is the price you pay.
Standing
Based on 75 guests, 7pm arrival. Minimum spend £7,500.
A relaxed, high-energy end-of-year celebration. Mingling, bites, and free-flowing drinks.
Seated
Minimum 50 guests, 5pm arrival. Custom pricing for different group sizes.
A formal festive feast for your team. Three courses, table wine, and an open bar.
Optional extras for either package: DJ, live music, branded cocktails, and late-night snacks. We will build these into your proposal.

The Venue
A restored 1856 brewery dressed for Christmas. The exposed brick, original beams, and skylit winter garden do the heavy lifting - we add seasonal styling, warm candlelight, and greenery to complete the scene.
Four interconnected spaces shape the night: the bar for arrivals, the lounge for mingling, the winter garden for dining, and the covered terrace for fresh air without leaving the party. Up to 60 seated or 100 standing, exclusively yours. Music ends at 11pm with guests departing by 11:30pm, and Cambridge Heath Overground and Bethnal Green Underground are minutes away.

Before You Enquire
The sooner the better. December dates are our most popular corporate bookings and they go early. If you are planning for a team of 50 or more, we recommend booking at least 3-6 months ahead. Get in touch and we will check availability for your preferred date.
The seated package requires a minimum of 50 guests. The standing reception is based on 75 guests. Custom pricing is available for different group sizes - just ask.

Seasonal venue styling is included in both packages. The venue's architecture - exposed brick, timber beams, warm lighting - provides a naturally festive backdrop. We add seasonal touches throughout.
That is entirely up to you. Some companies go black tie, others keep it casual. The venue works for both.
